Role Description

The selected candidate will lead and deliver global audit engagements, focusing on KYC operations and anti-financial crime frameworks, while working closely with international audit teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global audit assignments across CB/IB operations

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in KYC and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC)

• Support end-to-end (“front-to-back”) audit reviews

• Collaborate with AML, Technology, and Investment Banking audit teams

• Manage stakeholder relationships with KYC Operations and senior management

• Assist the Principal Audit Manager (PAM) in audit planning and execution

• Ensure integrated audit coverage across multiple domains

Organizational Structure

• Reports to: Principal Audit Manager (PAM)

• PAM reports to: Global Chief Auditor (CB/IB Operations)

• Further reporting to: Head of Audit (HOA) → Global Head of Group Audit (GHGA)

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in audit, KYC, AML, or financial crime compliance

• Strong understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking operations

• Expertise in risk assessment, audit frameworks, and regulatory compliance

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

• Ability to work across global teams (India & UK)
