Role Description

The selected candidate will manage client onboarding workflows, handle KYC reviews, and ensure compliance with customer due diligence processes, contributing to a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requests accurately and within timelines

• Ensure a smooth end-to-end client remediation process

• Handle KYC review issues and resolve bottlenecks efficiently

• Collaborate with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) teams

• Provide solutions to operational and process-related challenges

• Adhere to performance level agreements (SLAs)

• Develop knowledge of business processes and product areas

• Support Assistant Managers and Quality Analysts

• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance

Required Skills

• Understanding of KYC / CDD processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to manage tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Knowledge of banking operations or financial services (preferred)
