Lead the design, development and commercial scaling of new lending products.
Identify market opportunities and develop lending propositions.
Build data-backed, commercially viable and risk-calibrated loan products.
Product areas include:
Micro LAP / Small-Ticket LAP
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Secured & Unsecured MSME Loans
Vehicle Loans
Equipment / Machinery Loans
Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of experience in NBFCs, banks or lending institutions.
Strong exposure to MSME, LAP, Vehicle Finance and/or Asset Finance.
Proven experience developing, structuring or significantly modifying lending products.
Strong understanding of credit risk, portfolio performance and lending economics.
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
Ability to independently develop and present quantified business cases to senior management.
