Product Manager – Insurance

Airtel Payments Bank is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement and delivery of digital insurance products and customer experiences. The role involves collaboration with business, technology, design, analytics and operations teams to develop scalable, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and enhancement of digital insurance products.

• Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology, design, analytics and operations teams.

• Support product execution from planning through delivery.

• Contribute to improving digital customer experiences.

• Balance strategic product thinking with detailed execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of product management experience.

• Background or experience in the insurance domain.

• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Strong understanding of customer needs and digital product development.

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving and execution skills.

• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
