📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Understand project requirements from development teams
🔹 Design, develop & maintain automation test cases
🔹 Perform usability, UI, functionality & feature testing
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams & clients
🔹 Write and execute functional & regression test cases
🔹 Ensure high-quality delivery through defect management
🔹 Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
🔹 Conduct security, performance & load testing
🔹 Perform peer reviews of automation scripts
🔹 Execute testing during sprint & release cycles
🔹 Report bugs and document reproduction steps
🔹 Perform RCA on failures and share reports
🔹 Retest resolved defects and confirm closure
🔹 Maintain QA documentation and standards

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years experience in QA / Software Testing
• Hands-on exposure to Manual + Automation Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC & Agile processes
• Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
