QA Engineer – Selenium / Playwright Automation

Capgemini is seeking experienced QA Engineers specializing in test automation. Candidates should have hands-on expertise in either Selenium-based automation or Playwright-based automation, along with experience developing automation frameworks and following testing best practices.

Track A: Selenium Automation

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java and Selenium automation.

• Good knowledge of REST Assured API testing.

• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Understanding of automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

• Perform API testing using REST Assured.

• Build and improve automation frameworks.

• Identify defects and support troubleshooting.

• Follow established testing standards and automation best practices.

Track B: Playwright Automation

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.

• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.

• Experience developing automation frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with web application testing.

• Understanding of CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright.

• Test web applications for functionality and reliability.

• Build and enhance automation frameworks.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows.

• Identify defects and support quality improvement.
