Record to Report (R2R) Professional

The Record to Report professional will support financial accounting, period-end closing, financial reporting, consolidations, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting and consolidation activities.

• Prepare quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements.

• Review and post month-end journal entries.

• Perform month-end closing activities.

• Manage quarterly intercompany accounting processes.

• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Investigate and resolve balancing items.

• Apply accounting knowledge to closing and reporting activities.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and business partners.

• Help ensure smooth and timely monthly closing and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com, BBA, or MBA graduates with 2–10 years of relevant experience.

• Freshers and experienced CA/CMA candidates may also apply.

• Accounting knowledge and relevant closing or reporting experience are important for experienced candidates.

• Willingness to work from the Jaipur office in a 24×7 shift environment.

• Candidates willing to relocate or commute to Jaipur may apply.
