Relationship Manager – Corporate Cards

A leading bank is seeking Relationship Managers to acquire, manage and grow corporate client relationships for its Corporate Card solutions. The role involves engaging with senior corporate stakeholders to understand expense-management requirements and recommend suitable card and payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients for Corporate Card solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasury, Procurement, HR and other key stakeholders.

• Understand corporate expense-management needs and recommend suitable card solutions.

• Drive corporate card issuance, activation and usage.

• Increase corporate card spending and grow the assigned portfolio.

• Manage existing client relationships and support client retention.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing corporate accounts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in handling Corporate Cards.

• Understanding of corporate expense-management and card solutions.

• Strong corporate relationship management and client acquisition skills.

• Ability to engage with senior corporate decision-makers.

• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.

• Experience in portfolio growth and client retention.

Work Locations: Kochi / Chennai / Mumbai Compensation: ₹15–18 LPA
