Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst – L1

QOS Technology is seeking motivated candidates for a Level 1 Security Operations Center role. The position involves real-time monitoring of security events, investigating suspicious activities, analysing potential threats, and supporting incident response to protect information systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events generated by security tools and systems.

• Analyse and triage security incidents to assess severity and impact.

• Support timely incident response, including containment, eradication, and recovery activities.

• Identify and analyse potential threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.

• Investigate security incidents and suspicious activities.

• Maintain detailed incident records, documenting actions taken and resolutions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Eligibility Criteria

• BE, B.Tech, or MCA qualification completed in 2024, 2025, or 2026.

• Strong knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

• Experienced candidates must know how to create reports, queries, and policies within SIEM solutions.

• Strong understanding of networking, information security, and related domains.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts and occasionally outside regular business hours.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Interview and Work Requirements

• Interview: In-person in Bengaluru.

• Job location: Hyderabad.

• Candidates must be willing to relocate if project requirements demand it.

• Candidates who have applied within the previous six months should not apply again.
