Job Summary

The role involves acting as a bridge between business and technology teams to implement Fenergo CLM solutions. The candidate will work on regulatory onboarding, requirement gathering, process mapping, and system configuration to support financial institutions in transforming their client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, CDD/EDD)

• Analyze and design onboarding workflows using Fenergo Journey, Rules Engine, and UI Designer

• Perform gap analysis and translate requirements into system configurations

• Define data models, risk scoring, and policy rules

• Prepare documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and test cases

• Support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution

• Act as SME for Fenergo CLM and manage stakeholders

• Support integrations with core banking, CRM, and external systems

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Fenergo Business Analyst / Consultant

• Strong knowledge of Fenergo CLM, KYC, and onboarding modules

• Deep understanding of AML, FATCA/CRS, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank regulations

• Expertise in process mapping (BPMN, UML) and Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with Fenergo APIs, rules engine, and data models

• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Postman

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
