Role Description

The selected candidate will work in an Agile environment, ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of HRMS SaaS applications. The role requires a strong blend of automation expertise and manual testing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java & Selenium WebDriver

• Perform manual and automated testing for SaaS applications

• Work with tools like Playwright, TestNG/JUnit, and Cucumber (BDD)

• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment

• Ensure application quality and reliability

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java with Selenium WebDriver

• Solid understanding of OOP concepts

• Experience in automation and manual testing

• Knowledge of Playwright, TestNG/JUnit, and BDD frameworks (Cucumber)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Criteria

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Experience in SaaS-based HRMS solutions (advantage)
