Role Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT recruitment across Domestic, US, and APAC regions. This role requires strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to close positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

• Source and screen candidates using job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Manage hiring for Domestic, US, and APAC regions

• Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers

• Ensure timely closure of positions

• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Experience in Domestic / US / APAC hiring

• Strong expertise in sourcing and screening techniques

• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in staffing or consulting industry

• Exposure to niche and bulk hiring

• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
