Role Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing manual testing activities, preparing test documentation, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The role involves close collaboration with development teams and participation in requirement analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans

• Perform system testing and functional testing

• Work closely with development teams to ensure quality delivery

• Identify, track, and report defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps

• Participate in requirement analysis (SRS / Use Cases)

• Maintain clear and structured test documentation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

• Hands-on experience in manual testing

• Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Knowledge of system and functional testing

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product or enterprise application testing

• Exposure to hardware + software system-level testing (added advantage)

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
