Key Responsibilities
Manage daily retail store operations.
Supervise and motivate store staff.
Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets.
Manage inventory, stock availability and replenishment.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Maintain store displays, billing coordination and operational standards.
Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
Ensure store discipline and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and retail sales.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.
