Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, and X-ray search.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Engage with candidates and conduct follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage stakeholder communication and hiring requirements.
Handle offer management and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment MIS and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
Relevant experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment.
Ability to independently manage hiring requirements.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
Effective stakeholder management and interview coordination skills.
Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred.
