Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end KYC operations, including customer identification and verification.
Oversee Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal KYC policies.
Handle KYC reviews, documentation, risk assessments, and periodic reviews.
Monitor team productivity, quality, performance, and SLA adherence.
Manage escalations and operational issues.
Drive process improvements and regulatory compliance.
Lead, coach, and mentor team members.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory experience in end-to-end KYC operations.
Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, and EDD.
Previous leadership experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
