Team Leader – German Process

Cognivancee Solutions is seeking an experienced bilingual Team Leader to manage a team supporting a premium international process in German. The role involves people management, performance monitoring, service quality, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of German-speaking support executives.

• Monitor team performance, service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and daily team huddles.

• Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.

• Track operational reports and identify opportunities to improve service quality and productivity.

• Support the team in meeting process objectives and service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a German-language process — mandatory.

• German C1 certification.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong leadership, people management, and reporting skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule and Interview Process

• Work from the office in Jaipur.

• 24×7 rotational shifts.

• Five working days per week.

• Rotational weekly offs.

• Virtual interview process.
