Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end KYC operations, including customer identification and verification.
Oversee CDD and EDD processes.
Ensure adherence to AML regulations and internal KYC policies.
Manage KYC reviews, documentation, risk assessments, and periodic reviews.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Drive operational improvements and regulatory compliance.
Lead, coach, and mentor teams to achieve business targets.
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory experience in end-to-end KYC operations.
Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, and compliance procedures.
Previous team management and leadership experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage team performance and operational targets.
