Technical Support Executive

An opportunity is available for Technical Support Executives to assist users with technical queries through both voice and non-voice channels. Candidates should have basic technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to technical queries through voice calls and non-voice channels.

• Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• Provide clear instructions to users for resolving common problems.

• Record customer concerns and document troubleshooting steps.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

• Follow established support procedures and service quality standards.

• Communicate professionally and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Basic technical knowledge is required.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
