Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Hire across sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, R&D, and support roles

• Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements

• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage communication

• Handle offer rollout, negotiations, and documentation

• Maintain talent pipeline and recruitment data

2. Onboarding & HR Operations

• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities

• Conduct inductions and maintain employee records

• Manage HR systems and documentation

3. Employee Engagement

• Organize engagement activities and surveys

• Address employee concerns and support positive culture

4. Performance & Development

• Support appraisals, confirmations, and L&D initiatives

• Assist in HR policy implementation

5. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including exits

Requirements

✅ 4-7+ years of proven experience 4-7years managing end to end recruitment / HR generalist role

✅ Candidate should have working experience working with Manufacturing , Sales & Service Industry and should have experience working with Job Portals and support other HR generalist roles

✅ Proficiency in MS Office

✅ Hard-working professional with problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and strong ownership.

✅ Excellent communication abilities.

✅ MBA HR
