V&V Senior Engineer

An organization is seeking an experienced Verification & Validation (V&V) Senior Engineer for a Hyderabad-based position. The role requires expertise in software and hardware testing, defect analysis, database validation and troubleshooting to support product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform verification and validation activities for software and hardware systems.

• Conduct manual testing to identify defects and validate functionality.

• Execute hardware device testing to assess product performance and reliability.

• Perform API testing and SQL-based database testing.

• Analyze testing results, identify defects and support troubleshooting activities.

• Investigate technical issues and assist in resolving testing-related problems.

• Support quality assurance activities throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of verification and validation methodologies.

• Experience in manual testing and hardware device testing.

• Proficiency in API testing and SQL.

• Experience with database testing.

• Strong defect analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.
