The selected candidates will handle customer interactions across voice and non-voice channels. The role focuses on resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient communication and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Voice Process
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain high levels of call quality and customer satisfaction
Non-Voice Process
Manage emails, chats, and backend operations
Resolve customer queries through written communication
Maintain proper documentation and records
Ensure timely responses and resolution
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Good typing speed (for non-voice process)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Prior customer handling or internship experience
Familiarity with CRM tools
Multi-language proficiency is an advantage
