    Role Description

    The selected candidates will handle customer interactions across voice and non-voice channels. The role focuses on resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient communication and documentation processes.


    Key Responsibilities

    Voice Process

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

    • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests

    • Provide accurate information about products/services

    • Maintain high levels of call quality and customer satisfaction

    Non-Voice Process

    • Manage emails, chats, and backend operations

    • Resolve customer queries through written communication

    • Maintain proper documentation and records

    • Ensure timely responses and resolution


    Required Skills

    • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

    • Good typing speed (for non-voice process)

    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


    Preferred Skills

    • Prior customer handling or internship experience

    • Familiarity with CRM tools

    • Multi-language proficiency is an advantage
