Role Description

The selected candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Time & Absence modules, leading the design, configuration, and optimization of workforce solutions. This role involves close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules

• Configure Time Off Plans and Leave of Absence programs

• Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations

• Maintain holiday calendars, accruals, eligibility rules, and leave programs

• Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements

• Support end-to-end implementation (SIT, UAT, deployment, post-go-live)

Additional Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Core HCM modules

• Work with Compensation, Recruiting, and Security modules

• Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio

• Create advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields

• Configure business processes, validations, and workflows

• Manage Workday Security (Role-Based, Domain, Business Process Security)

• Support Workday release cycles (R1/R2) and regression testing

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management

• Hands-on experience with Time Off and Leave of Absence configuration

• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design

• Ability to manage complex global workforce configurations

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
